The stay was absolutely fine. This hotel was ideal and fairly clean, cool for vacation. The staff was ready to assist, really friendly and supper friendly people. We had a nice size and well-maintained room with breakfast.

The location was incredible and peaceful, very near the station, in the good area. Besides, this hotel was located 3 km away from Oxford Street. There were comfy beds and central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV inside the room. There was a bathtub, a plus for me.

Not my best stay
I had a mouse in my room, a total bummer. The hotel's def got an old vibe, and the smell was pretty bad. At least it was near King's Cross. Staff said they'd help, but I'm still waiting for my refund after 3 weeks. Nah, I don't recommend it.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the fast wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the comfortable tv. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with a local taxi number, which I still remember.

The location is great, staff at the front desk is very friendly, rooms are clean.
The only negative point is the breakfast, not varied at all and a little bit limited.
